 With our experienced managers and well trained staff we are providing Community and Condo Association management services, Investment Home management, Multi-Family Home and selected vacation Rental Property Management, as also Retail and Office Property management services.

Community and Condo Association management services may consist of on-site-management, lease and realtor services, preparing and administering periodical meetings, optimizing and enforcing rules and regulations, collecting fees, budgeting, accounting, overseeing human resources, payroll, security and insurance as well as handling repairs, maintenance and project management; yes finally, everything what needs to be done to protect owners assets, support the board in fulfilling their duties and providing an enjoyable living to all residents.

Home owner services include long term rental (>6 months) including marketing as well as administration and maintenance services.

Together with affiliated companies we are also managing selected licensed vacation rental properties (single family homes) in the Orlando, Kissimmee and Theme Park areas. These homes are short term rental properties for which we organize reservations, check-in, check-out, cleaning and specific maintenance.
