This is a quiet and beautiful gated community very centrally located in Kissimmee. The community consists of 72 wonderful designed homes with pool and recreation area, tennis / basketball court, kids playground, jogging / walking trail and a BBQ / picnic area.
The units have 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and 2, 2,5 or 3,5 bathrooms respectively. The villa style homes have a spacious and open floor plan, the kitchens are nicely furnished and equipped, all master bath rooms have a garden tub and a seperate shower. Small pets are welcome.
There are shopping centers like PUBLIX and other strip malls, reaturants and business shops in a range of just a mile but is also only minutes to drive to downton Kissimmee and other major malls, restaurants and recreation areas.
