Classic View Estates HOA

Classic View Estates is located in Polk County. Construction was finished in 2007 and the governance was given over from the developer to the newly elected board. The board invited management companies to apply for managing the community affaires and after some interviews, finally H&S was selected.

H&S is for example rendering the folowing services:

• Administrative Services like holding all files and documentation
• Dealing with homeowner questions, wishes and suggestions
• Collecting the HOA Fees, dealing with late payments
• Accounting Services, like paying the invoices, depositing, banking
• Dealing with Maintenance issues
• Holding the Reserve Accounts
• Working together with a CPA and Filing the taxes
• Dealing with insurance issues
• Handling legal issues
• Preparing for periodical board and homeowner meetings
• Dealing with Architectural issues
• Working together with Committes like the ARC

Classic View Estates HOA consists of 40 beautiful boutique style homes and homeowners are interested to keep not only the community in such a good shape when the new homes were taken over, most homeowners are interested to increase the standards and value of their community to enjoy an extraordinary lifestyle with their families in this awesome environment. 

H&S is committed to exceed the expectations of the board and all homeowners. Since we took over in Nov. 2007 we have already achieved a lot in a extraordinary good cooperation with the Board and the Committes. We have set goals and targets for the near future and we are sure that we will achieve them. But also the long term perspective of the community is well planned. Not only reserves are accrued, many standards are set and improvements regarding the common areas are discussed, so that homeowners children and future residents can enjoy this lifestyle on the same or even higher level.
