Christoph K. Warnke is founding member, share holder of H&S - Real Estate & Management, Inc. and serves as President and Director of the Board.
Born, raised and educated in Germany, Chris Warnke has almost 30 years of global tourism and development experience as Controller, Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Operations, and Consultant in Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean and in the US.
Besides his Financial and Accounting background he has also significant knowledge and a long experience in Real Estate. His career included not only the position of an Asset Manager for a major Hotel-company he also worked several years for development and construction companies for resort facilities and vacation communities. He was involved in numerous construction, renovation and re-vitalization projects.
He graduated with honors in Hotel Management from the Hotel School in Dortmund, as well as in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance & Auditing from the University of Siegen (Dipl.-Kfm.) and was honored a Doctorate for his Thesis 'Modern Management Information Systems for the Hospitality Industry' and achieved the German Controller Certification from the Controller Academy of Munich.
Christoph attended numerous Professional Development Programs in Advanced Marketing, Investment and Finance at the School of Hotel Administration of Cornell University Ithaca, NY and received his degrees as Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Preston University, USA. Christoph received the Certified Hospitality Accounting Executives (CHAE) designation from the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals.
From the National Board of Community Association Managers the Certification for Community Association Managers (CMCA) and from the Community Association Institute the Certification as Association Manager Specialist (AMS). Chris is a FL licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and a Realtor / FL licensed Real Estate Broker and a FL licensed Mortgage Broker.

Marion E Warnke is founding member, share holder and Director of H&S - Real Estate & Management, Inc.
Born, raised and educated in Germany Marion has many years of international experience in Operations Departments of Luxury Hotels as Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Housekeeping and Training Manager in Europe, Middle East, The Caribbean and US.
She started her career as usual in Germany with a 3 year apprenticeship as a Hotel Administration Clerk and graduated later in Hotel Management from Bavaria Hotel School in Altoetting, Germany. She also received the designations as 'Certified Restaurant Manager' from Bavaria Hotel School and as 'Certified Hotel Manager' from Hotel School, Koblenz. She also received a Certification in 'Human Resources Management' from the German Institute of Business Administration, Frankfurt.
Marion worked in Executive Management positions for companies like: InterContinental Hotels, Hilton, Sheraton, Sandals / Beaches, Doubletree as well as Holiday Inn. she worked also successfully as Hotel School teacher and Management Trainer in Germany, Turkey and in The Caribbean. In USA she attended professional development courses at Cornell University in Leadership & Motivation and received the designation as 'Certified Hospitality Trainer' (CHT) of the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Orlando, FL.
Marion attended also Professional Development courses at the Gray Institute and eventually achieved the Certification as 'Licensed Community Association Manager' (CAM) by FL Dept. of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR). She attended Real Estate Couses of IFREC Real Estate School and The Property Management Academy in Orlando. She is a FL lic. Mortgage Broker, a FL licenced Notary public and a Signing Agent.
